The Health Practitioner's
AI Playbook
For chiropractors, functional medicine doctors, naturopaths, acupuncturists, health coaches, and more — delegate your Reddit research to an AI agent and get content ideas on autopilot.
From Manual Research to Automated Insight
Whether you're a chiropractor, functional medicine doctor, naturopath, acupuncturist, health coach, or any other health practitioner — your ideal clients are talking online right now. They're sharing their symptoms, their frustrations, and the questions they can't get answered. Reddit is one of the richest sources of this raw, unfiltered insight.
Manually searching Reddit is effective — but time-consuming. This playbook shows you how to delegate the entire research process to an AI agent, so you get all the benefits of deep market research without spending hours scrolling through forums.
This guide provides three copy-and-paste Master Prompts that you can give to any advanced AI agent to perform this work for you — regardless of your specialty.
Master Prompt #1: The "Ideal Client Deep Dive"
Get a broad understanding of the conversation around a specific health condition. Tell the AI your specialty and it will find the most relevant communities, themes, and pain points.
Before you run this: Replace [Your Niche] with your actual specialty — for example, "chronic back pain" (chiro), "PCOS and hormone imbalances" (FM), "anxiety and stress" (health coach), or "sports injury recovery" (physio).
Act as my research assistant. Your task is to conduct a deep dive on Reddit to understand the conversations and pain points of people dealing with [Your Niche — e.g. chronic back pain, PCOS, anxiety, gut issues, sports recovery]. Your research should identify: 1. Top Subreddits: What are the 3-5 most active subreddits where people discuss this topic or condition? 2. Common Struggles & Frustrations: What are the most frequently mentioned problems, daily challenges, and emotional frustrations? 3. "What I've Tried": What treatments, therapies, practitioners, supplements, or lifestyle changes are people already trying? 4. Unanswered Questions: What are the most common questions people are asking that they can't seem to get answers for? Please deliver your findings as a concise, well-organized report. Use bullet points and direct (but anonymized) quotes where possible to illustrate your points.
What to expect
The AI agent will return a complete landscape of the conversation — where your ideal clients congregate and what is top-of-mind for them. This is the foundation for all your content.
Master Prompt #2: The "Objection & Skepticism Analysis"
Uncover the specific reasons why potential clients might be hesitant to work with a practitioner like you. Address their objections proactively in your marketing.
Customize one field: Replace [Your Profession] with your specific role — e.g. "chiropractors", "naturopaths", "acupuncturists", "health coaches", or "functional medicine practitioners".
Act as my market research analyst. Your task is to scan Reddit for negative experiences, complaints, and skepticism related to [Your Profession — e.g. chiropractors, naturopaths, acupuncturists, health coaches, functional medicine practitioners]. Your research should identify the primary themes of these complaints. For each theme, please provide: 1. A clear title for the theme (e.g., "High Cost & No Insurance Coverage" or "Skepticism About Results"). 2. A brief summary of the complaint. 3. 3-5 direct, representative quotes from Reddit users that illustrate the complaint. Please focus on the most common and recurring complaints. The final output should be a report that I can use to understand the biggest objections potential clients have about working with someone in my field.
What to expect
The AI will deliver a themed report of your ideal client's biggest fears and objections — complete with direct quotes. This is marketing gold.
Master Prompt #3: The "Content Idea Generator"
Feed the insights from the first two reports back to the AI and get a ready-to-use content calendar tailored to your ideal client's pain points — works for any health practice type.
Best results: Attach or paste the reports generated by Prompts #1 and #2 when running this prompt. Works for any practice type — chiro, FM, naturopath, health coach, and more.
Act as my content strategist. I have two research reports based on Reddit discussions (Report 1: Ideal Client Deep Dive; Report 2: Objection & Skepticism Analysis). Your task is to use the insights from these reports to generate a list of 15-20 content ideas for my health practice. For each content idea, please provide: 1. The Pain Point: The specific client problem or question it addresses. 2. A Compelling Title: A scroll-stopping title for a blog post, video, or social media post. 3. The Format: The recommended format for the content (e.g., Blog Post, Short Video, Carousel Post, Email Newsletter). Please present the final output as a clean, easy-to-read table. The goal is to create content that directly addresses the real-world concerns and questions of my ideal clients, using the exact language they use online.
What to expect
A ready-to-use content calendar with 15-20 ideas, each one mapped to a known client pain point with a suggested title and format. Tailored to your specific practice — whether you're a chiropractor, naturopath, health coach, or any other health professional.

Which AI Tool Should You Use?
Can you just plug these prompts into the free version of ChatGPT? The short answer is: no, not for the results you want. Here's what actually works.
| Tool Type | How It Works | Best For | Works for This Playbook? |
|---|---|---|---|
Standard Chatbots ChatGPT Free, Claude Sonnet | Uses pre-existing training data. It knows about Reddit, but can't browse it live. | Quick questions, brainstorming, writing drafts. | ✗ No No — gives generic or outdated info, not live thread insights. |
Chatbots with Search ChatGPT Plus, Perplexity, Gemini Advanced | Can perform a single web search. Like asking a librarian to find one book. | Answering questions that need up-to-date info from a single source. | ~ Partial Partially — struggles with multi-step research. Can't synthesize dozens of threads. |
Advanced AI Agents Manus, OpenAI ChatGPT Agent | Given a high-level goal, autonomously uses tools (browser, code, files) to execute a multi-step plan. | Complex tasks requiring browsing, research, analysis, and synthesis. | ✓ Yes Yes — designed for this. Navigates Reddit, reads threads, compiles reports. |
The Bottom Line
To get the deep, actionable insights this playbook is designed for, you need to use an Advanced AI Agent. These tools navigate websites as a human would, synthesize information from dozens of sources, and compile everything into a single coherent report — regardless of your practice type. Standard chatbots will only give you a surface-level, and often inaccurate, summary.
